  രക്തം ലയിപ്പിക്കുന്ന മരുന്നുകൾ ( Warfarin/ Acitrom ) കഴിക്കുന്ന രോഗികൾ   1.   COVID-19 വാക്സിൻ   കുത്തിവയ്പ്പിന് മുമ്പ് ഇനിപ്പറയുന്ന രക്തപരിശോധന നടത്തുക PT-INR ,    Platelet counts  2.   PT-INR 2-2.5 ൽ കുറവാണെങ്കിൽ മാത്രമേ വാക്സിൻ എടുക്കാൻ കഴിയൂ 3.   പ്ലാറ്റ്ലെറ്റിന്റെ എണ്ണം Normal- യിരിക്കണം 4.   PT-INR, പ്ലാറ്റ്ലെറ്റിന്റെ എണ്ണം എന്നിവയുടെ അസാധാരണ ഫലങ്ങൾ ( Abnormal Results) ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ   വാക്സിനേഷന് മുമ്പ് നിങ്ങൾ വൈദ്യസഹായം തേടണം . 5. രക്തം ലയിപ്പിക്കുന്ന മരുന്നുകൾ കഴിക്കുന്ന രോഗി   വാക്സിൻ കുത്തിവച്ച ശേഷം , 5 മിനിറ്റ് cotton  ഉപയോഗിച്ച് കുത്തിവച്ച സ്ഥലത്ത് കർശനമായി അമർത്തണം. 6. ആസ്പിരിൻ /ക്ലോപ്പിഡോഗ്രൽ (Aspirin/ clopidogrel) എടുക്കുന്ന ആളുകൾക്ക് വാക്സിൻ കുത്തിവയ്പ് എടുക്കാം പക്ഷേ വാക്സിൻ കുത്തിവച്ച ശേഷം , 5 മിനിറ്റ് cotton  ഉപയോഗിച്ച് കുത്തിവച്ച സ്ഥലത്ത് കർശനമായി അമർത്തണം.     Dr. Sanoop Kumar Sherin Sabu , MBBS, (M.D., Gen.
