Are you too hasty with others sufferings?

"From noon until three in the afternoon darkness came over all the land. 46 About three in the afternoon Jesus cried out in a loud voice, “Eli, Eli,lema sabachthani?” which means “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?”

When some of those standing there heard this, they said, “He’s calling Elijah.”

Immediately  one of them ran and got a sponge. He filled it with wine vinegar, put it on a staff, and offered it to Jesus to drink. The rest said, “Now leave him alone. Let’s see if Elijah comes to save him.”

And when Jesus had cried out again in a loud voice, he gave up his spirit."

Mathew 27:45-50

1. Your prayers and sobers to Lords might be missinterpreted by the people around you, like people thought Jesus was crying to Elijah, and others waited to see miracles from Elijah.  Even the priest Eli couldn't see the broken hearts of Hannah, when she was speaking to Lord in her heart. He considered her to be drunken* and dishearted her. ( 1Samuel 1: 12-15) .

But Lord of heaven constantly see and hear your tough times, what ever, the people around you consider them to be.

2. Like the people around who stacked a cloth with vine into Jesus' mouth assuming him to be thirsty, do not be in a hurry to comment or act when you find your brothers in trouble . Think and pray to Lord, and do only what He guides you to.

1Timothy 5:22 say, Do not be too quick in the laying on of hands and thereby share in the sins of others.

While in John 11 we find Jesus delays himself for Lord's time and decision when Lazarus passed away.

Though you might feel empathy for your suffering brother or sister, an inappropriately commented suggestion or act, even if it is from your pure heart, might end up in more trouble than help for them. So, before putting your hands in others matters, Do it with prayers and Lord's guidance*.

With Love..
